Don't worry if you can't fit in all of the Honors Core classes. Many freshmen come in with credit, so you can use Honors Contracts or other classes to get your 18 hours. The Honors Program fits in with any academic program!
All of these courses come with an Honors attribute. Please note that most of these selections are listed underneath their departments (BI for Bible, CM for Chemistry, etc) and not under the HN-Honors in the class schedule search on MyLipscomb. In order to register for any of these courses, you will need to have Allison or Dr. Prill give you an override. These courses still require the same prerequesites as their non-honors equivalents. Remember that you can also make any 2000 level course or higher an honors course by taking out an honors contract with the professor.
Freshmen, the Honors Freshmen Seminar courses will be listed here as soon as they become available. Past courses have included: Secrets of the Universe with Dr. Alan Bradshaw; Fight for Your Right with Dr. Elizabeth Heffington; Effecting Meaningful Change with Dr. Terry Briley; and Spiritual Autobiography with Dr. Paul Prill.
